Which
products do you have for wholesale?
Most of our products listed
in the "Men," "Women," and "Fabric" categories are available for wholesale.
The ones with shopping cart option on the page can be purchased immediately,
while the "out of stock" ones can be ordered per your request. To make
sure, please contact us for details. We also
have a lot of other products that are not listed in shopping sections.
They are also available for wholesale. Be sure to check out our wholesale
section.

What
prices can you offer for wholesale?
It really depends on your order
quantity. Please contact us for details. Our
wholesale quantity starts from only 5 pieces per order. The more you order,
the cheaper the price. In any case, the prices will be much lower than
retail prices to ensure your profitability.

Why
does the shopping cart take me to another website?
To ensure your online privacy/security,
we've partnered with a professional shopping cart company to provide a
safer shopping system. With advanced encryption technology, your personal
information is absolutely safe!

How
do I use the shopping cart?
To use the shopping cart, just
click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on each page to select the items
you want. You will then be brought to a secure shopping cart page, where
you can view/modify your selections. Click "Continue Shopping" to get back
to our store and select more products. If you've finished shopping, just
click "Send Order" on the shopping cart page to make a payment. You can
also get to the shopping cart page by clicking the "View Cart" button in
the menu, at any time during your shopping.

I
placed an order but want to change it.
If you paid by PayPal and the
payment went through, please email us as soon
as possible. Order can only be changed before it's shipped out. If you
chose to pay by money order or your PayPal payment didn't go through, just
place another order. Unpaid orders will be ignored. Only paid ones are
shipped and charged.

Do
you have a store I can go visit?
Currently we only do business
online. We reduce costs by not renting retail store and pass on savings
to you.

What
kind of discounts do you offer?
We offer a lot of discounts
besides our super low prices. If you take the survey
listed in the Site Map section, you get 1% off total (before shipping).
Just enter the discount code you got when you check out the shopping cart
system. If your purchase total (before shipping) is greater than $50, you
get 5% off. If you buy more than $100, you get 10% off. For the discount
codes, email us before you check out. For larger
orders, deeper discount is available.

Can
I get samples for your fabrics?
Yes, we give free samples for
our fabrics. We only charge $3 for postage. Please
email
us for details on how to pay.

One
of the products I want is listed as "out of stock." When can you get it
back?
Normally, we get new shipment
every 2 to 3 months. For most of the products, it will be back in stock
by then. However, some not so popular ones are on back order only, which
means you have to place an order with minimum quantity, and wait for it
to be manufactured. Please
email us for details.

Do
you sell cheongsam patterns?
Unfortunately, no. Chinese
publishers don't print cheongsam patterns. Some western publishers do have
cheongsam patterns and sell them online, but those styles are very old.
You do not want to wear them unless you are going to a retro party. For
our customers, we provide online sewing patterns. Please visit the section
here.
These modern cheongsam patterns are free, with any website purchase. Please
email
us with your order number and desired pattern number to request. It
will be emailed to you.

How
can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and e-Check payments through PayPal. Money Order is accepted. Please
email
us for address if you choose to pay by money order.

Are
your prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes. All prices are in U.S.
dollars.

I
need an address to send money order.
When you choose to pay by money
order, the shopping cart cannot automatically charge payment. You'll first
receive the order confirmation email. After we have a chance to review
your order, you'll receive another email with payment instructions. Address
and payable name will be included. You can then send money order with a
copy of your order confirmation to the address. Shipping will begin after
we receive the letter.

Why
do you use PayPal to accept credit card payments?
To ensure absolutely secure
online payment transaction, we've chosen PayPal to process your credit
cards. It is a third party processing company, which has good reputation
and tens of millions worldwide members. Your credit card information will
be kept in their secure database, not even we can access that. This protects
you from online fraud. You will only be charged the amount you authorize.

Why
am I required to join PayPal to make a payment?
To pay via PayPal, you are
required to join as a member. This will give you the following benefits:

PayPal's account registration
and confirmation process guarantees every member's real identity. So pay
to/receive from a member of PayPal is much safer. We are a proud member
of PayPal.

insurance protection against unauthorized transactions.

Why
was my PayPal payment (unconfirmed address) refunded?
To protect both parties of
the transaction, we require PayPal buyers to use a confirmed address. We
can only ship to this confirmed address. To learn how to confirm your PayPal
address, please contact PayPal support staff. If you don't want to use
confirmed address, we accept money order as an alternative.

Can
I get an invoice for my purchase?
To save money and offer the
lowest prices to customers, we will not send any invoice for your purchase.
Please keep all the order/payment confirmation emails as proof of purchase.

can you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

Where
are you shipping from?
We can ship from either USA
or Canada, whichever location you prefer to avoid duty charges.

How
do you ship my order, and how much is shipping?
Unless otherwise specified,
all products will be shipped by postal mail, within 7 days of your order.
Shipping is free for many items, although there is a $5 handling fee (for
North American customers, international is higher), no matter how many
items you buy. If there is a shipping charge for a particular item, it
will be specified on the product information page. Please allow up to two
weeks for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for any damage or
loss incurred during shipping. Insurance/tracking costs extra in most cases.
This option is NOT automatically included. Please contact
us before purchase if you need this option.

I
still haven't received my order.
Although most customers in
USA receive their package in one to two weeks, some customers do experience
delay. It's caused by the post office, not us. Please be patient, and wait
until one month after payment (unless you paid for express shipping), because
we can't do anything about a postal parcel but wait. Also check the address
you left for us. Is it correct? Has someone else at your address received
the package on your behalf? Please contact us
if you need assistance.

What's
your quality guarantee?
We take customer satisfaction
very seriously. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, or your money back. All
our products are high quality. We have a quality control process to make
sure you get your order in perfect condition. If you received a defective
product, just contact us and send it back to get a full refund (less shipping).

What's
your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. No return
or exchange unless the item is defective on arrival. In some cases exchange/return
can be arranged, but usually we'll charge restocking/ return shipping fee
for that.

How
do I contact you if I have further questions?

I
wrote you an email but never got a response.
Every email is answered. However
if you use Hotmail, MSN or AOL, or other email services that have spam
filter turned on, the response might be lost in your trash/spam folder.
To see our response, you need to turn off the spam filter, or check your
trash/spam folder regularly. The best solution is to try contacting us
again using another email account.
