1. Your order will be shipped within 7 days of payment.
2. Delivery takes 2 to 10 days via USA/Canada postal parcel. Delivery time for postal mail is not guaranteed, so in some cases it may take 2 to 4 weeks. International orders will be shipped via air parcel (4 to 10 days), but could take up to a month due to delay in customs.
3. Return/exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving product.
4. For returns, buyer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping is not refundable. 10% restocking fee may apply.
5. For exchange, buyer is responsible for return postage and shipping charge for the exchanged product.
